Beverage CubeFusion™ Prototype
Beverage CubeFusion makes beverage cubes that replace ice. Each cube is frozen from the drink itself and releases coffee, tea, flavoring, sweetener, creamer or functional ingredients as it melts, instead of diluting. The prototype is fully engineered and bench tested, with fill-module integration underway, and is designed to produce more than 30,000 cubes a day. The product line includes the counter-top CORE-ONE Barista and 27-inch and 54-inch cabinets. Every concentrate is authenticated before dispense. The platform is protected by seven U.S. nonprovisional patent applications.
